Polymer Product Development Manager
Number：1 Salary range：15-25K
Job requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, electrochemistry, chemistry, polymer materials;
2. Cet-4, good reading and writing skills; Proficient in OFFICE, CAD, MINITAB and other tools;
3. Familiar with the design of polymer capacitors, familiar with the five product development tools (APQP, PPAP,FEMA, CP, MSA), familiar with industry standards and systems, familiar with product characteristics and process technology application knowledge, familiar with 8D analysis, etc;
4. 5 years or more working experience in product development or project management, working experience in capacitor industry or whole machine factory is preferred; Engineer title is preferred, overseas work experience is preferred;
5. Willing to accept challenges, strong ability to work under pressure, good communication and coordination skills, strong execution ability, flexible problem-solving ideas, good team spirit and management ability.
Job responsibility
1. Responsible for the demand discovery and analysis of polymer capacitors, and the function design of polymer capacitors;
2. Continue to explore customer needs for polymer capacitor innovation, rationally plan the development and function planning of polymer capacitors, coordinate and promote the implementation of polymer capacitor functions;
3. Pay attention to polymer capacitor data, customer research and feedback, and continue to optimize polymer capacitor;
4. Pay attention to the situation of competitors and respond to market changes;
5. Responsible for the global and detailed design of polymer capacitors, and promote the continuous improvement of the reliability of polymer capacitors;
6. Plan and manage the project schedule, promote the technical realization and achievement transformation of the project, and control the quality and efficiency of the project implementation;
7. Guide and manage polymer capacitor development engineers to establish high-quality and high-quality teams;
8. Put forward constructive opinions on the long-term development strategy of polymer capacitors, assist relevant market research, and provide corresponding basis for the company's decision-making level;
9. Other transactional work related to R&D.
